FISH Food Pantry

Westminster Presbyterian is a member of FISH of Westminster, Inc. FISH provides emergency food supplies to approximately 125 families every month. Since opening in 1996, FISH has provided over 1.8 million meals to families in Westminster.

Dates and Hours

  • FISH food bank is open Monday, Wednesday & Thursday from 2:15 PM to 3:00 PM and Tuesday evenings from 5:15 PM to 6:00 PM.
  • People in need are welcome to come once per month and receive an emergency food supply for 4 days.

How You Can Help

As a partner of the Food Bank of the Rockies, food can be purchased at a discounted rate compared to what an individual can purchase at the store. Your small monetary donation really does make a big difference! ALL giving designated for the FISH Food Pantry goes directly to purchasing food.

  • Give cash or write a check to WPC with FISH on the memo line. Donations can be mailed to Westminster Presbyterian Church 3990 W. 74th Ave, Westminster, CO 80030-4709.
  • Participate in one of our fundraisers! Throughout the year, a variety of fundraisers are held to support FISH, including food drives, a spring afternoon tea, and the annual spaghetti dinner.

There are many volunteers from the community who are actively giving of their time one or more days per week. They pick up food, stock shelves, and serve as hosts in the distribution of food. Volunteers also fill boxes, keep records and coordinate fundraisers and food drives. There is something for everyone!

Jobs include:

  • Stocking shelves,
  • Packing food boxes/bags,
  • Greeting clients,
  • Picking up donations/food purchases.
